Sarah Ho
Since her admission to the California Bar in 2013, Sarah has been exclusively dedicated to the practice of family law. With over a decade of experience, she has represented clients in family law matters throughout the entire state of California, handling cases from initial filing through trial with diligence and care.
While Sarah is a skilled litigator with extensive courtroom experience, her primary focus is always on using those skills strategically to achieve favorable outcomes efficiently. She believes trial should be a last resort and works to resolve matters in a way that minimizes cost and emotional toll—without ever compromising her clients’ rights or interests.
Sarah’s experience spans a wide range of complex family law issues, including child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, move-away requests, and omitted asset matters. She also has deep knowledge in drafting and advising on prenuptial agreements, postmarital agreements, and cohabitation agreements.
As the child of refugees, advocacy has come naturally to Sarah from an early age. She brings that same passion and resilience to her legal practice, treating each case with the utmost care—as if she were advocating for her own family member. Sarah works with clients from diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds, often drawing on her undergraduate degree in Ethnic Studies to foster understanding and trust.
In custody matters, Sarah offers both professional insight and personal empathy. As a co-parent herself, she understands the emotional complexities involved and helps clients navigate their situations with clarity, compassion, and strength. Her ability to effectively present her clients’ cases in court, while also providing grounded, practical guidance, is one of the many reasons clients trust her with their most personal legal challenges.
