Sarah Ho is a seasoned family law litigator with more than a decade of experience representing clients in complex matters throughout California. Since her admission to the California Bar in 2013, she has practiced exclusively in family law, handling cases from initial filing through trial and developing the courtroom experience to know when to negotiate, when to push back, and when it is time to fight.

Sarah approaches litigation strategically. She does not believe in taking a case to trial simply for the sake of fighting. Instead, she uses her litigation experience to evaluate risk, identify leverage, and pursue favorable outcomes as efficiently as possible. When a matter can be resolved without the expense and emotional toll of trial, she works toward resolution. When protecting a client’s rights and interests requires a courtroom fight, Sarah is prepared to take it there.

Her experience spans a wide range of complex family law disputes, including child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, move-away requests, and omitted asset matters. She also has significant experience drafting and advising clients on prenuptial, postmarital, and cohabitation agreements.

Sarah brings particular depth to custody matters, where strong advocacy often requires an understanding of both the law and the realities of family life. As a co-parent herself, she understands the emotional complexity behind these disputes and provides clients with grounded, practical guidance while remaining focused on protecting their interests.

For Sarah, advocacy is also deeply personal. As the child of refugees, she developed an appreciation for advocacy and resilience early in life. She works with clients from diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds and draws on her undergraduate education in Ethnic Studies to better understand the people and families she represents.

Whether she is negotiating a resolution or presenting a client’s case in court, Sarah combines litigation experience, practical judgment, and determined advocacy to help clients make strategic decisions during some of the most consequential moments of their lives.
